The body of “Glee” actress Naya Rivera was found a week after she vanished from Lake Piru in Southern California, and autopsy reports stated she died from drowning.

The report, issued by Ventura County Medical Examiner’s Office, also ruled that the death of the actress was an accident, and that no sign of drugs or alcohol played a role in the incident.

“The autopsy findings are consistent with a drowning and the condition of the body is consistent with the time that she was submerged. No traumatic injuries or disease processes were identified at autopsy,” the office said in a statement.

The 33-year-old actress vanished last week after she and her four-year-old son went to the lake and rented a boat. The authorities found her son on the boat, asleep.

Rivera’s body was recovered on June 13.
